1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1 - 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, which will include a tracking number.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer shipping options to ensure your package arrives when you need it. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).

The tracking information will be active and updated within 24 - 48 hours. You can track your package directly through our website or via the link provided in the email.
4. Damages & Lost Packages

Snaptify is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping if the carrier marks the package as "Delivered."

If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team immediately at support@snaptify.store to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
5. Incorrect Address Disclaimer

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address.
